About Roxana

Meet Roxana Amundsen, LPC

Helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.

Life can be overwhelming, and seeking support is a courageous first step. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions, you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where healing and personal growth can take place. Together, we'll work toward understanding your experiences, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

As a first-generation immigrant and Navy veteran, I understand that our life experiences shape who we are. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments.

My background includes working in child and adult protective services, foster care, adoption, and crisis intervention. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every person has the ability to heal, grow, and create positive change with the right support.

I believe people do the best they can with the circumstances they encounter, and I strive to meet every client with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding.
