Setting up FAQs
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and complete a thorough assessment to better understand your needs. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized treatment plan that supports your journey toward healing and growth.
I provide therapy for children (ages 10 and older), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or together with loved ones, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for every client.
I work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, ADHD, anger management, bipolar disorder, stress, and major life transitions.
Every client has unique needs, so I tailor treatment using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Imago Relationship Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Positive Parenting strategies.
